    <content type="html">Le Chambord at Haachtse Steenweg 10, 1210 Sint-Joost-ten-Node, België&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;(Belgium) just replicated the memories of a dish (seafood linguini) I had at Maggie's in Bayfield, Wisconsin in the summer of 1994 (http://www.maggies-bayfield.com), but which they don't serve anymore (and lost the recipe by the second time I visited, ~4 years later).&amp;nbsp; It's a very beautiful thing (as you might know if you've ever seen that Ratatouille movie and liked it).</content>

We thought "What the hey?" but then it turned out they sent the guy out to our apartment on a bicycle !  Makes us feel better:  sincere incompetence instead of negligent disregard.  The only way to make this story better was if he was using a pogo stick.  "I'm sorry I'm so late, but when you delivers cookies with a pogo stick, you gotta be really careful."</content>
