Le Chambord at Haachtse Steenweg 10, 1210 Sint-Joost-ten-Node, België (Belgium) just replicated the memories of a dish (seafood linguini) I had at Maggie's in Bayfield, Wisconsin in the summer of 1994 (http://www.maggies-bayfield.com), but which they don't serve anymore (and lost the recipe by the second time I visited, ~4 years later).  It's a very beautiful thing (as you might know if you've ever seen that Ratatouille movie and liked it).
